Thank you 2015 & Hello 2016.


It was the calm night on New Year’s Eve.
​I cooked Toshikoshi Soba (年越し蕎麦) topped with Prawn Tempura and Egg.
This year-crossing noodle, is really Japanese traditional noodle dish for the New Year’s Eve.
It contains our wishes of our long life like long soba noodles. 
I was grateful for my family’s health of 2015 and I wished you all happiness and lots of smiles of new year.
