Scottish Salmon Three Ways -Sashimi, Nigiri & Roll Sushi スコットランド産サーモン3種

This platter might be quite ordinary for Japanese friends (definitely so!), but honestly it’s so hard to get such a Sashimi Grade Salmon in Cornwall as we’re the most far end of the UK from the Scotland.  

So, whenever we get Sashimi Grade Salmon, that is always special for us!
Hooray!

This time, as my brief trial, I made Roll Sushi using Rice Paper instead of seaweed sheet.
This was lovely taste and quite fun eating actually.
This week, we in Cornwall have been so cold and snowy days.
Kids LOVED snowy activities!
