Beautiful Wagyu (Japanese beef) which is melt in your mouth, what an amazing marble meat!
The taste is really rich, creamy and remarkably nutty.
I sliced Wagyu thinly and lightly seared only surface by a blow torch aiming for it’s delicate fat is nicely melt.
I’m planning to set these new beauties on my menu in my pop-ups in this year.
