Teriyaki Salmon Cake Salad, Cauliflower and Lentil, Jellied Spinach, Ponzu jelly sauce

After such a lovely sunny springy weekend, we are so pleased to come back to normal tempo of routine life from snowy days which made us stuck at home for a few days.

I was really desperate to make this Japanese tasting dish for my family as this is so healthy: no oil neighter fat also it packs no carbohydrate but So much nutritions.
The dish is Teriyaki Salmon Cake Salad, Cauliflower and Lentil, Jellied Spinach, Ponzu jelly sauce 

They’re layers of Teriyaki salmon with Yuzu Pepper and Spinach Dashi Jelly.
And the basement of this glass is steamed cauliflower and lentils which is seasoned by Ponzu (Soy sauce and Yuzu juice).
