Spicy Japanese Seafood Soup & Stir-fried vegetable Rice

A little gem in my world.

In such a unipue morning, I cooked a Spicy Seafood Soup based on Japanese Broth (made from dried kelp & bonito).
So clear soup which contained shedloads of seafoods gave me a deep flavour.

And spicy droppings of Rayu (Japanese Chilli Oil) are perfect for awaking me up in the cold morning!
For other side dishes, I placed Stir-fried vegetable rice and Kimchi salad.
Both are very Japanese dishes too.

These hearty meals are boys’ favourite.
That’s the reason why I chose them.
