Using the marinade and juice & oil from the meat, I made gravy sauce that is based on Japanese Dashi.
Then finally, we could say ‘Itadakimasu’ !
We love juicy and succulent meat that is flavourful!
The potato salad was seasoned with my homemade white miso herby spread 🙂
As you have known, roast beef itself is not Japanese food, however it would be nice to surprise your guests with Japanese-arranged party food.
Serving in historical Japanese wooden bowls is another joy for eye 🙂
