Kuzu Manju (Kuzu Sweet Dumpling)

This is one of typical Wagashi (Japanese dessert).

Traditionally people ate this cold desert in summer season because it looks like cool water and made them feel soothing from hot weather.

Kuzu is made of plant, so this is a perfect ingredient for vegetarian/vegan.
