Wagyu Tataki Nigiri with Yuzu Salt, Boiled Chicken Salad with Onion Dressing

Before we are going to share some sample images for our new cooking class in October, look at this sexy juicy Wagyu meat!

In Singapore where so many Japanese cultures have been hailed, it is so easy to find fresh Wagyu meat even in ordinary superstores.

Recently, we got a fine quality Yuzu salt that is so flavourful from MoguShop in Singapore, so we were so inspired by that.

Then what we created were these Japanese dishes.
Wagyu Tataki Nigiri with Yuzu Salt, Boiled Chicken Salad with Onion Dressing

As you might have known, Wagyu beef is so tender and sweet-oily flavour, also we can’t resist their melting in our mouth.
The super rich taste perfectly matches with tansy sharp Yuzu flavour.

This is the Sushi.

As another main dish, we made hearty healthy heap-y food -Boiled Chicken Salad with Onion Dressing

The pink sauce is onion dressing which is made of red onion and olive oil etc.

The breast chicken that was boiled was so light and healthy that we were able to enjoy all elements of the salad 🙂

Oh my goodness, time flies! We are stating thinking about next menu despite it’s just beginning of September.

If you have any suggestions or requests for new class, please feel free to tell me. Your voice is more than welcome.
