We’re ready to start a brunch party.
My recipe of Yogurt Curry Marinated Chicken is easy peasy as I just marinated the chicken thigh with Greek yogurt, grated garlic, turmeric powder, ground coriander, whole grain cumin seeds, cinnamon, nutmeg, sea salt and olive oil over night.
And grill just before serving.
Sound easy, doesn’t it?
Sprinkle some chopped fresh coriander on top.
Serve Mediterranean dip, Spicy Yogurt Tahini Dip alongside.
This dip is super simple and quick recipe but so versatile; matching with lamb, chicken, salad and even just for toasted bread!
Also perfect for vegetarian.
