Recipe -Japanese Beef Hamburg Steak with Glazed Teriyaki, Tofu & Wasabi

This is so easy cooking but by adding the silky Tamago Tofu Mushi into the mixture, that’s absolutely the game changer. That works for making an amazingly fluffy and juicy, succulent hamburg steak.

Not joking, you don’t need a table knife, you can cut the steak by only chopsticks!
Also, adding Wasabi powder instead of Wasabi paste into the mixture, the taste in your mouth turns into lighter and cleaner, but that is not too hot even for children, you would feel very subtle extra delight.
