This dish doesn’t look like Japanese food but it’s taste relates to Japanese because they are seasoned by Kelp.
Salmon, Dill, Capers and Kelp broth.
Avocado, Lime juice, Kelp powder, Fish sauce

And Kelp Jelly.
Next time, I should try to colour the jelly for more remarkable.
