Sashimi Platter -Horse Mackerel, Marinated Mackerel, Cured Horse Mackerel (Namero)

These are typical and historical Japanese fishermen’s food on a boat, although I made them up prettier.

Namero is the dish which is made of chopped horse mackerel, Miso paste and grated ginger.

One of our soul food, I think.
