Naoko’s Jacket Potato, Greek Style Meat Sauce, Cornish Asparagus with light Hollandaise Sauce

My Greek style Meat Sauce has a hidden flavour of Ouzo which is a dry anise-flavoured aperitif to enrich the taste.

So I experimented with Jacket Potato.
My boys absolutely loved this!

And served boiled Cornish asparagus along with light Hollandaise Sauce.
