Slow cooked Lamb with Tahini dressing, Summer Salad

I made this dish which is seasoned by Japanese flavour for worshipping this beautiful summer in Cornwall.
This dressing was made of tahini, garlic, orange juice, Greek yogurt, double cream and sea salt.
Easy but so delightful flavour.
Oh joy!

There will be no rainy day in fortnight (how nice, but sorry for plants).
