Japanese Tapas: Summer Garden – Grilled scallop, Porcini mushroom Soy rizotto, Spinach Yuzu pepper sauce

I wanted to make a little summer garden on my table.
Can you imagine that everything on this plate is edible?
Even these tiny drops are so!
They made of Yuzu juice and I named them Yuzu Pearl.
I served tiny Asian Spicy Tomato Soup alongside too.
They are based on the handmade fish both and so flavourful. 
I love these petit world like Bonsai!
