Sauteed Pork steak with carrot ginger sauce (豚の生姜焼き)

Sautéed pork steak is a so popular & well-known as a home style dish in Japan.
And my big boy (hubby) was so missing this dish recently, so I made the pork saute adding my twist: my dish was inspired by Wiener Schnitzel which I learnt in Vienna in this summer.
First I bushed the pork steaks and made them thin, then pan-fried them coated with corn flour.
And serve the sauce which made of carrot, ginger and a hidden flavour, a tiny amount of blue stilton alongside.
Oh my…such a lovely tiny garden!
I loved this!
I won’t be able to share any photos tomorrow as I will be devoting myself to prepare the supper club of this Friday evening.

I hope you have a lovely weekend everyone!
