In such a beautiful evening, I was eager to have a healthy and clean dinner: plenty of fresh vegetables and good protein.
Then I made this dish:Pesto stuffed tomato, Green salad with brown basmati & wild rice
This tomato was stuffed with mixture of pesto and creme fraiche.
And the rices which was boiled in a fish stock were wrapped with fresh asparagus.
The black sauce is Nori (seaweed) paste sauce.
Well, my energy charge has done for my next supper club of this weekend.
