Confit de poulet

I cooked “Confit de poulet” for ages.
Because wild rosemary in may garden looked so beautiful in the spring sun shine.
​Their fresh and flavourful smell inspired me this dishes. 
Seasoned chicken with many flavours for over night.
I really love this quiet time. Just the sound of simmering.
I can’t resist confit whenever I found this menu in any restaurants.
But especially I love MY confit which my dearest cooking teacher taught me in the past..  

Crispy skin and flavourful & tender meat.
Bliss!
I have done for charging the energy for busy this weekend.
